WINDOWS

Frames,panes,grills and curtains
anything can be made with words.
But till morning light could be heard
and evening sounds are tasted
don't claim to the world
that we have made windows!

a co-incidence of sorts that windows fascinates us both. :)

I penned this on one of its accessories :P:

Isn't it amazing that sometimes words just flow? This was truly one of them!

this is beautiful. My windows remain shut but I am tempted to peek through them after reading this verse..

Lovely word play on the senses... and if one can stretch the senses, as you have so beautifully put across, who needs words...!!!

what i like in your poems is that you never say things directly, you make a reader think and see rather than just read. Thats indeed a gift :)

actually, you'll kill me for this. these days when anyone says windows, i think of microsoft windows. (to tell me to stop, you'll have to press the stop button, i warn you).

so for a moment i was wondering why you'd want to make windows in the first place. :)

just kidding. very interesting.

cheers,
asuph

Neurons never know where the impulses come from!

windows open beyond our senses..
microsoft windows too offer something beyond our sessual limits..
Thank you..
